- Review, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address contractual and legal requirements.
- Provide support in proposal drafting .
Required Candidate profile
Qualification - LLB/LLM
Min experience - 2-6 years as in house legal counsel
Big 4 or any big tech firm experience required .
experience in commercial contract management and CLM.
