Position: DevOps Engineer

Location: GuruGram

- In the role of DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes.
- This includes setting up and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, as well as managing cloud environments and container orchestration platforms.
- The role requires ensuring that all systems are secure and resilient against potential threats.
- Collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency is a key part of daily activities, along with troubleshooting and optimizing existing infrastructure to support development needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to enhance infrastructure automation and improve deployment processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery principles and best practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies.
- Ability to design, build, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline development workflows.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Harness Internal Developer Portal (IDP).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
