Role summary

We are looking for an experienced Sitecore AI Lead to drive the architecture, development, and implementation of AI-enabled digital experience solutions. The role will combine deep Sitecore expertise with Generative AI, intelligent search, personalization, and up-to-date cloud-based architecture.

The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering teams, engage with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to use AI to improve content management, customer experiences, and development productivity.

Key responsibilities

- Technical leadership: Define solution architecture, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps for Sitecore-based applications.
- Sitecore modernization: Lead implementation, upgrades, and migration from traditional Sitecore XP/XM platforms to XM Cloud and SitecoreAI.
- AI implementation: Integrate AI capabilities for content generation, intelligent search, recommendations, personalization, and content optimization.
- Generative AI: Apply LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows to build practical enterprise solutions.
- Application development: Guide development using Sitecore, .NET, C#, React.js, Next.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- Platform integration: Integrate Sitecore with enterprise systems, APIs, analytics platforms, and cloud services.
- Team management: Mentor developers, conduct design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure delivery quality.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work with business, product, marketing,



and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- AI adoption: Identify opportunities to embed AI into the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, documentation, and support.
