Job Role :

- Talk to students or researchers and explain our PhD services

- Understand their project or topic needs and guide them

- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp

- Maintain a record of calls, leads, and client requirements

- Coordinate with the technical and writing team to ensure timely delivery

- Achieve monthly targets related to leads and conversions

- Share regular updates with the team manager

Skills Needed:

- Valuable communication in English and any one regional language

- Confident in talking to clients over phone or chat

- Basic knowledge of research, PhD topics, or academic writing is a plus

- Good in follow-up and handling client queries

- Willing to learn and work as part of a team

- Basic computer and typing skills

Education:

- Any UG or PG degree (Science/Arts/Commerce preferred)

- Freshers are welcome
