Location: Port Site, Mankhurd, Mumbai
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5 years, preferably at a port, jetty, shipyard or heavy industrial site
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot port equipment such as cranes, conveyors, pumps, DG sets and material-handling systems
- Plan and carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules
- Manage spares inventory, vendors and AMC contracts
- Ensure equipment uptime and statutory and safety compliance
- Supervise technicians and contractor teams on site
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with heavy machinery and marine or port equipment
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and fabrication
- Willingness to work in shifts and in site conditions
