We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Security, Payroll, US Payroll, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), and Time & Labor. The candidate should have hands-on experience in solution design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, US Payroll, Security, and OTL.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Conduct solution design workshops and prepare functional specifications.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, eligibility profiles, and business rules.
- Support end-to-end implementation, testing (SIT/UAT), and production deployments.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and data migration activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide business process recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with payroll, workforce management, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Certification is preferred.
- Experience in global HR and payroll processes is an added advantage.
