Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to students, researchers, and professionals to explain company services.

- Handle inbound calls and provide transparent information about research assistance, thesis, and publication support.

- Convince and guide clients about suitable services based on their needs.

- Maintain records of calls, client details, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM.

- Work with the sales and admin team to achieve monthly targets.

- Provide basic customer support and forward complex queries to the respective team.

Qualifications:

- Any Graduate/BE/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA/MCA/MBA

- Freshers and candidates with telesales/telecalling experience can apply.

Skills Required:

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil (or regional language).

- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

- Ability to convince and handle clients politely.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
