Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day application support, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Risk Management following ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and resolve production issues.
- Perform debugging, impact analysis, and application performance optimization.
- Support software upgrades, database changes, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with business teams, SMEs, vendors, and hosting providers.
- Ensure application stability, quality, and responsiveness.
- Participate in release, change, and project-related activities.
- Maintain code quality and identify improvement opportunities.





Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant Mainframe/Application Support experience.
- Strong understanding of COBOL, JCL, CICS, MQ Series, and scheduling tools.
- Experience in production support and ITIL-based service management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
