Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager to oversee the overall business operations of our Honda two-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for managing driving business growth, monitoring performance, leading teams, and ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the overall operations of multiple branches and sub-dealer networks.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, improve profitability, and drive business growth.
- Monitor branch-wise performance, departmental KPIs, and business reports.
- Lead and coordinate with department heads, branch managers, and team leaders to ensure target achievement.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, service, spare parts, accounts, HR, and administration departments.
- Identify operational gaps, resolve business challenges, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and Honda dealership guidelines.




- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and business updates to top management.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience managing multiple branches or dealer networks will be preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of sales performance monitoring, team management, and operational control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and G-Suit
- Willingness to travel to different branches and sub-dealer locations as required.
