About the Role:-

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounts Manager to join our professional team at KSA Compliance Services Pvt Ltd (Group of Kalyanasundaram and Associates). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing comprehensive client accounts, overseeing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring stringent tax and statutory compliance, and leading our accounts team. The ideal candidate brings extensive multi-industry accounting experience, deep expertise in direct and indirect taxation, and a strong client-facing advisory mindset.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Client Accounts Management: Oversee, review, and manage end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, and financial finalization for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, guide, and manage the internal accounts team to ensure high-accuracy deliverables and smooth workflow execution.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure rigorous adherence to labor and corporate laws, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Labour Welfare Funds, and company secretarial requirements.
- Direct & Indirect Taxation: Manage end-to-end computations, filings, reconciliations, and advisory for GST,



Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Advance Tax, and Corporate Income Tax.
- Audits & Regulatory Assessments: Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax scrutinies, and manage responses to regulatory or tax department notices for clients.
- Financial Reporting & MIS: Oversee balance sheet finalization, P&L; reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced MIS reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications: a graduate and postgraduate (B. Com, M. Com, BCA, MBA ) or semi-qualified CA/CMA, Articles paid Assistant with good experience Accounts Skill.

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting, client account handling, taxation, and team management within a CA firm or consultancy environment.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or PeopleSoft.

Expert-level command over MS Excel and advanced financial reporting tools.

Soft Skills: Exceptional client relationship management, solid analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
