Role & responsibilities

The Team Lead will manage the complete Wedding Gift Box operation from lead allocation and telecalling to appointment fixing, delivery assignment, inventory management, brand coordination, field-team monitoring, and reporting. The role is responsible for ensuring timely customer contact, higher appointment conversion, smooth delivery execution, adequate stock availability, and strong productivity across telecalling and field teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Experience in telecalling, field opeexprations, logistics, or delivery management.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and field employees.
- Good understanding of inventory and stock management.
- Robust Excel / MIS reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to analyse lead, appointment, conversion, and delivery performance.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work with targets and ensure timely execution.
