Role: Japanese Bilingual DataStage / Java Developer- Chennai/Pune

Time- 3 - 5 PM
- 4-10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing & Maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in IBM DataStage, Core Java, GitHub and DevOps.
- Robust communication skills in Japanese and English, including reading, writing and speaking.
- Ability to coordinate with customer SMEs, onsite and offshore teams.
- Willingness to work in Japan (JST) morning hours, especially during application transition and stabilization.
- Experience in coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, defect fixing, build and deployment activities.
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps automation, security vulnerability management and P&C; Insurance is preferred.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and track assigned activities.
