We are seeking a results-driven Automotive Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Randeons Services. You will be the bridge between top-tier automotive talent and our manufacturing/engineering clients. From floor-level technicians to specialized automotive engineers, you will manage end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring we meet the high-speed demands of the modern automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from understanding client manpower requirements to onboarding.

- Automotive Industry Sourcing: Execute aggressive sourcing strategies for technical roles, including Automotive Engineers, ITI/Diploma holders (Fitter, Machinist, Electrician), and Quality Inspectors.

- Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates based on trade-specific knowledge, relevant automotive certifications, and physical/technical fitness for manufacturing environments.

- Campus & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ITI colleges, technical institutes, and local community leaders to secure a steady talent pipeline.

- High-Volume & Rapid Deployment:



Lead large-scale recruitment drives, including campus events and gate hiring, to meet strict headcount targets for production-heavy clients.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Plant HR and Production Managers to stay aligned on real-time fulfillment gaps and hiring trends.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 25 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in Automotive, Manufacturing, or Third-Party Payroll agencies.

- Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with automotive subsectors (e.g., EV technology, assembly lines, R&D;) and understanding of industry-specific roles.

- Sourcing Expertise: Mastery of multi-channel sourcing, including job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and "ground-level" strategies (postering, community networking, job fairs)

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

- Soft Skills: Solid negotiation skills, high energy, and the ability to work independently under tight, production-driven deadlines
