Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create, update, and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and catalogues.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the Store and Dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability across marketplaces.
- Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, cancellations, and complaints.
- Monitor daily sales, product performance, marketplace ratings, and account health.
- Coordinate pricing updates, discounts, promotional campaigns, and marketplace advertisements with management approval.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and order reports.
- Maintain accurate records of orders,



returns, inventory, and marketplace activities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Store, Dispatch, and Marketing departments.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel.
- Experience in product listing, catalogue management, and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and sales reporting.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
