Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order processing, including production planning and logistics coordination.
- Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the order fulfillment process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in sales order processing or related field.
- Solid understanding of order management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
