- The role involves communicating with research scholars, understanding their project requirements, and promoting our research support solutions.

- Candidates should have robust communication and convincing skills, along with a passion for academic and research-oriented sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact PhD scholars and academic clients through calls and emails.

- Explain research assistance services and convert inquiries into enrollments.

- Maintain client records and follow up regularly for lead conversion.

- Collaborate with the research and marketing teams to meet sales targets.

- Ensure excellent client communication and satisfaction.
