### JOB ROLE

Sutherland is hiring experienced candidates for the **Technical Customer Service (TCS) Associate** role in the Neighbor Solutions / Community Support team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Assisting customers with device setup and configuration

Resolving Wi-Fi and connectivity issues

Providing basic technical troubleshooting

Handling international customer queries through voice support

Identifying and resolving customer issues

Escalating complex technical issues when required

Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction

### ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Experience: **6 Months to 6 Years**

International Voice Process experience preferred

High School Graduate / Diploma / College or University students who meet the role requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills

Basic knowledge of computers, devices, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity

Solid listening and problem-solving skills





Ability to handle international customers professionally

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

### ASSESSMENT REQUIREMENTS

Voice Assessment – B2 Level

Chat Typing – Minimum 32 AWPM

Grammar and Communication
