Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our team in the EV and energy storage sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth within the electric vehicle segment by managing B2B sales for lithium-ion cells and battery packs.

Job Details

Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities

B2B Sales Growth: Generate new B2B sales opportunities within the electric vehicle (EV) and lithium-ion battery industry.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with EV manufacturers, battery pack assemblers, and OEMs.

Sales Pipeline Management: Handle bulk inquiries, prepare and share quotations, conduct follow-ups, and ensure successful order closures.

Market Expansion:



Expand the companys customer base and market presence across India.

Client Acquisition: Leverage strong negotiation and business development skills to convert new prospects and retain existing clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate (Any stream).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales is required. Prior experience in selling lithium-ion cells and lithium batteries is preferred.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the EV segment, LFP/NMC chemistry, cylindrical cells, and battery applications is a robust plus.

Target Audience: Demonstrated experience dealing with EV manufacturers, battery pack manufacturers, OEMs, and B2B bulk buyers.

Skills: Excellent communication, customer acquisition, negotiation, and business development skills.Role & responsibilities
