Roles and Responsibilities :

- Supervise patient refunds, cash transactions, and other financial activities.
- Manage banking operations, including reconciliations and daily financial controls.
- Oversee intercompany payables and financial settlements.
- Review documentation and ensure compliance with finance policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for timely resolution of financial matters.
- Guide the finance team and monitor operational performance.

Job Requirements :

- Experience in finance, accounts, cash handling, banking operations, and team supervision is required.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, settlements, and financial documentation is necessary.
- Hospital finance experience is preferred.
- Candidates should possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines is essential.
- Familiarity with financial software and systems is desirable.
