Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient registration and basic vitals at the centre.
- Collect blood and other diagnostic samples as per prescriptions and standard procedures.
- Ensure proper patient identification, sample collection, labeling, storage and handling.
- Coordinate collected samples with partner laboratories.
- Maintain accurate patient and sample records digitally.
- Participate in health camps and community outreach activities.
- Conduct home visits for blood/sample collection when required.




- Maintain hygiene and follow proper infection-control and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper care and handling of phlebotomy and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements

- Relevant Phlebotomy / Medical Laboratory qualification with valid registration/license/certification.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
- Solid practical knowledge of blood sample collection and handling.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain digital records.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Willingness to participate in health camps and field activities.
- Willingness to travel for patient home visits.
- Comfortable working in rural and semi-urban locations.
- Must have a personal bike/scooty for local travel and home visits.
- Valid driving licence for field travel.
