Position Overview

- Office Location: Noida, India
- Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only
- Age Limit: Below 35 years
- Salary Range: 20,000 40,000 per month (Fixed)
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
- Working Days: All Sundays off; 1st & 3rd Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities & Job Profile

- ERP Solutions Travel to client locations to successfully implement our ERP solutions (typical implementation duration at a client site is 34 months). Boarding and lodging at client locations are fully taken care of by the company.
- Client Support & Maintenance: When not deployed at a client site, operate from the Noida office to provide technical and functional support to our existing client base.
- Training & Onboarding: Undergo intensive, high-level training during the initial 3–4 months to master our ERP product suite and industry workflows.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility





- Educational Background: MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or Semi-Qualified CA / CS / CWA (Candidates with a strong accounting background are preferred).
- Travel Readiness: Must be adaptable and willing to travel extensively for client-side implementations.
- Conditions of Employment:

- Due to high-level initial training where immediate output is limited, candidates will be required to submit their original educational/professional documents during the training/bond period to safeguard company investment. This condition is mandatory.
- To safeguard the candidate's interests, the structured increment structure and career progression path for the completion of 1 year will be explicitly outlined in the official offer letter.

Compensation & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: 20,000 to 40,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Field / Travel Incentives (Applicable when stationed at client locations):

- India & Nepal: +25% of Fixed Pay every month
- Middle East & Sri Lanka: +50% of Fixed Pay every month
- Africa: +100% of Fixed Pay every month
