Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the Resource Management team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various projects.
- Develop and maintain accurate headcount plans, workforce forecasts, and capacity projections to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing key personnel.
- Analyze data to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 19-26 years of experience in Business Operations or related field (e.g., RMG).
- Robust background in capacity planning, headcount management, resource management, workforce planning, WFM systems.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve operational excellence.
