Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and develop generative AI models using Python, machine learning algorithms, and natural language processing techniques.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions for text generation tasks such as article writing, blog posting, product descriptions, etc.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve the quality of generated content by analyzing user feedback and iterating on prompts.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices in generative AI development.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in developing generative AI models using Python or similar languages.
- Robust understanding of large language models (LLM) and their applications in NLP tasks like text classification, sentiment analysis, etc.
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve the quality of generated content.
