- Identify potential sites for land acquisition and negotiate deals with property owners.
- Conduct market research to determine the feasibility of new site acquisitions.
- Develop relationships with real estate agents, owners and other industry professionals to stay informed about available properties.
- Manage the entire process from due diligence to closing on a recent site acquisition.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in land acquisition or related field (real estate development).
- Strong understanding of local zoning regulations and building codes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to close deals effectively.
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring properties for commercial use.
