Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SolidWorks Design Engineer responsible for creating 2D & 3D mechanical drawings, preparing BOMs, coordinating with production teams, and supporting fabrication activities. The candidate should have strong technical drawing knowledge and practical understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D and 3D models using SolidWorks
- Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication details
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) for production
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams Identify raw materials based on technical drawings
- Modify and update design drawings as per project requirements
- Maintain drawing records and documentation Support manufacturing and project execution teams

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of SolidWorks software
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T; basics
- Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of raw materials and engineering components
- BOM preparation knowledge Basic production coordination skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
