Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct dynamometer testing, including torque-speed, power, efficiency and thermal performance analysis.
- Execute DVP tests and motor validation for current products and design changes.
- Perform electrical, mechanical and performance testing of BLDC, PMSM and other motors.
- Support motor/controller homologation and certification as per applicable standards.
- Perform or support controller tuning, calibration and motor-controller integration testing.
- Analyse test data, generate performance curves, compare results against targets and identify performance gaps.
- Benchmark Naxatra products against competing motors and controllers.
- Manage daily laboratory operations, test equipment, calibration, maintenance and safety.
- Coordinate internal and external testing, certification activities and test schedules.
- Troubleshoot failures,



conduct root-cause analysis and prepare technical reports in coordination with R&D;, Controller, Production and Quality teams.

Candidate Preferences

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics or a related engineering field.
- Hands-on experience in motor and dynamometer testing, preferably with BLDC/PMSM motors.
- Ability to analyse test data, interpret torque-speed and efficiency curves, and draw technical conclusions.
- Understanding of DVP, thermal testing, motor-controller integration and controller tuning.
- Knowledge of homologation, applicable AIS/automotive standards and competitor benchmarking is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and laboratory management skills.
