R R Dabhade And Associates (RRDAA) is a fast-growing turnkey interior fitout contracting firm specializing in corporate, industrial, and institutional fitout projects.

We are looking for a highly disciplined, hands-on Senior Project Manager / Operations Lead to take complete end-to-end ownership of project execution, quality control, client billing, and vendor delivery across our active fitout sites in the PCMC / Chakan / Talegaon / Pune region.

This role is meant for a execution-focused professional with deep technical domain knowledge in fitouts who thrives in a lean, high-ownership environment without requiring heavy administrative overhead.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Execution & Quality Management:

- Take 100% ownership of site delivery, ensuring zero-defect quality across civil, POP, joinery, modular furniture, electrical, HVAC, and finishing works.

- Maintain strict baseline project schedules (Gantt Charts / MS Projects / Excel Lookaheads) and enforce daily labor & vendor output on floor.

- Conduct daily morning huddles with site supervisors and sub-contractors to align daily targets.

2. Client Management & Billing:

- Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for clients, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and Architects during site execution.

- Manage joint measurements, prepare and submit RA (Running Account) Bills on time, and push for quick client certifications.

- Track and handle variations, client scope changes, and extra items proactively with proper documentation.

3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination:





- Coordinate with internal estimation/purchase team for timely procurement and delivery of materials on site to eliminate idle site time.

- Review sub-contractor bills against actual physical progress before recommending payment certifications.

- Maintain high standards of site safety, housekeeping, and material storage.

4. Team Leadership & Reporting:

- Guide and manage junior execution engineers/site leads to build high discipline on floor.

- Conduct weekly project cost-to-complete reviews with the Founder to track gross margins and schedule variance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.

- Experience: 812 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Turnkey Commercial / Corporate / Institutional Interior Fitout projects (PMC or Contracting background preferred).

- Technical Expertise: Strong command over BOQs, technical drawings, material specifications, quantity take-offs, and client RA billing cycles.

- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Excel (Advanced), MS Project / Basic Scheduling tools.

- Mindset: Highly proactive, self-driven, excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi), with zero tolerance for sub-standard site quality or safety delays.

- Mobility: Must possess a 2-wheeler/vehicle for frequent site visits within the PCMC / Talegaon / Chakan corridor.
