Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide expert advice on mutual funds to clients, ensuring they understand their investment options and risks.
- Process transactions, including recent account openings, redemptions, and switches in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance reports.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other financial products and services.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial industry with a focus on mutual funds.
- valid NISM Mutual Fund certification (Series V-A)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts simply.
