We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Executive to join our hospital billing team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate patient billing, payment collection, and maintaining billing records while providing excellent service to patients and their attendants.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle OP, IP, and emergency patient billing.
- Generate accurate bills for consultations, laboratory tests, radiology, pharmacy, procedures, and other hospital services.
- Verify patient details and service charges in the hospital billing system.
- Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
- Generate receipts and maintain daily billing records.
- Coordinate with insurance, TPA, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments.
- Handle billing queries, corrections, refunds,



and discounts as per hospital policy.
- Prepare daily billing reports and reconcile cash collections.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of hospital billing software is preferred.
- Positive communication and patient-handling skills.
- Accuracy in billing, cash handling, and documentation.
- Ability to work in shifts, if required.
