Full Job Description

We are looking for proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to drive customer acquisition and generate business leads from both residential and commercial customers. Candidates will be responsible for meeting potential customers directly, identifying business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into confirmed business.

The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit and connect directly with potential residential and commercial customers to promote the company's products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through field visits, customer interactions, and market research.
- Follow up with prospective customers and help convert leads into confirmed business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
- Identify potential markets, customer segments, and new business opportunities.
- Track daily field activities, lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and business conversion targets.




- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Support marketing initiatives and improve customer outreach and business development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with residential and commercial customers.
- Customer Acquisition: Ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand market trends, assess customer requirements, and track lead generation performance.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- Field Work: Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.
- Target Orientation: Ability to work independently and achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.
