Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective quality control procedures for heavy fabrication, pressure vessels, NDT testing, and welding processes.
- Conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training on quality management systems to employees at all levels.
- Ensure accurate documentation of quality records, reports, and certifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in heavy engineering/fabrication/NDT level III.
- Solid knowledge of IS codes (IS:3085), ASME codes (ASME B31.1), API Spec Q1 & ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Proficiency in conducting internal audits/surveillance audits/auditor training courses.
