- Manage production planning, scheduling, and daily production targets.
- Handle capacity planning, material planning, and WIP control.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production teams.
- Monitor ERP data, MIS reports, and production KPIs.
- Ensure timely delivery and improve production efficiency.
- Lead the planning team and resolve production bottlenecks
Preferred candidate profile :
- B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field.
- 58 years of manufacturing/PPC experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Must have ERP knowledge, with robust production planning, MRP, and Excel skills.
- Experience in machinery, automotive, or electrical/electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Basic HVAC knowledge is an advantage, not mandatory.
