Position: Customer Support Associate
Process: International Inbound Voice – Telecom
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Inbound International Voice Process
Communication Skills: B2/C1 level
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
Shifts: Rotational shifts / US shifts
Transportation: 2-way cab facility within a 30 KM radius
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Interview Mode: Walk-in / Virtual
Selection Process: HR Round + Operations Round + Versant Assessment
Job Description – International Inbound Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound calls from international customers regarding telecom services and related queries.
2. Provide qualified customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate resolutions.
4. Assist customers with service-related inquiries, account queries, and requests.
5.
Communicate effectively in English with international customers.
6. Maintain call quality, customer satisfaction, and process compliance standards.
7. Document customer interactions accurately and follow established procedures.
8. Meet assigned performance targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in an inbound international voice process.
Excellent English communication skills with B2/C1 proficiency.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shifts.
Flexibility to work with rotational week offs.
Immediate joiners preferred.
