Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage project schedules from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, milestone tracking, and risk management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule variance, quality metrics etc.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in MS Project.

- Robust understanding of project coordination, administration, monitoring, documentation, planning, scheduling, tracking & review phases of the project life cycle.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.
