- 5+ years of overall experience in HR Technology.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development and support.
- Robust expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Packaged Connectors.
- Hands-on experience with PECI, PICOF, WECI, and payroll integrations.
- Strong experience in Workday SOAP API, REST API, and Import API patterns.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM functional configuration.
- Experience with Workday Business Processes, Security Configuration, Alerts, and Notifications.
- Strong knowledge of Workday Custom Reports, BIRT, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Experience in document transformation and integration troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday integration architecture.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills





- 1+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Extend application development.
- Experience with Workday Orchestration.
- Experience in Payroll Integrations and DCOD.
- Experience integrating Workday with Ceridian or other third-party payroll systems.
- Knowledge of Jira-based development and production support processes.
- Business Analyst experience in Workday implementation or enhancement projects.
