Job Title: Purchase Executive Construction

Company: Sneh Agri Tourism & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. (Virtuoso sister company)

Location: AP4 Tech Park, Kharadi, Pune

Experience: 1 to 2 years

CTC : 3 LPA to 4.5 LPA (Depends on interview)

Key Responsibilities

- Procure construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, tiles, plumbing and electrical items, and finishing materials for the Sneh Resort project as per site requirements.
- Float enquiries, collect quotations from multiple vendors, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Raise purchase orders and work orders after approval, and follow up with vendors for timely delivery to site.
- Coordinate with the site engineers, project team, and store in charge to understand material requirements and avoid project delays.
- Develop, empanel,



and maintain a reliable database of suppliers and contractors, and evaluate vendor performance on quality, price, and delivery.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for bill processing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, material tracking sheets, and MIS reports in Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Graduate or Diploma holder with relevant experience.
- 12 years of purchase experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials, market rates, and vendor sourcing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and email
