Role: Assistant Clinic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and store
- Analyze sales trends based on footfall and customer behavior
- Ensure high standards of clinic presentation and merchandising
- Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
- Handle cash management and daily reconciliations
- Implement and monitor SOPs across clinic operations
- Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales and KPIs

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
- Good customer engagement and communication skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving targets
