Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to deliver enterprise-grade customer service and contact centre solutions. The successful candidate will design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation capabilities that improve customer experience, agent productivity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Build and enhance capabilities including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Management, and Workflow Automation.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications and third-party platforms using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and reusable design patterns.

Qualifications





Required

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 5+ years working with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Apex Development
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flow
- API and Integration Development
- Salesforce Security and Data Models
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience integrating Salesforce with contact centre and telephony platforms.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Voice, Omni-Channel, and digital engagement capabilities.
- Experience with cloud platforms, event-driven architectures, and AI-enabled customer service solutions.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect.
