# Urgent Hiring: E-Commerce Manager

**Location:** Lower Parel, Mumbai (Head Office)

**Experience:** 3 to 8 Years

*### About the Role*

We are looking for a proactive, organised and sales-oriented **E-Commerce Executive** to independently manage our skincare and haircare product operations, including inventory, online orders, customer communication, product sales, packaging and timely delivery.

*### Key Responsibilities*

- **E-Commerce Management:** Handle online orders, product listings, pricing, order processing and payment coordination.

- **Inventory & Stock Management:** Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory, track expiry dates and coordinate product replenishment.

- **Customer Handling:** Manage product enquiries through WhatsApp, calls and other channels, ensuring excellent customer service.

- **Sales & Follow-Ups:** Convert enquiries into sales, follow up with existing patients, generate repeat orders and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- **Order Fulfilment:** Manage product packaging, dispatch, courier coordination, delivery tracking, returns and replacements.

- **Team Coordination:** Work closely with doctors, clinic managers, vendors and accounts teams for smooth product operations.

- **Reporting:** Maintain daily sales, inventory,



order and delivery reports.

*### Requirements*

- 3 to 8 years of experience in e-commerce, inventory management, customer service or product sales.

- Strong communication, customer handling and telesales skills.

- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, inventory software and e-commerce platforms.

- Ability to independently manage multiple orders, customer follow-ups and deliveries.

- Experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty, wellness or healthcare products will be preferred.
