You will work closely with client teams to analyze, design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance their business processes using Salesforce.

As a Salesforce Consultant, you be part consultant, part strategist, and part problem-solver embedded within client operations to ensure maximum value from their Salesforce investment.

Required Skills & Experience





- Core Admin Salesforce Expertise: Solid knowledge of the Salesforce platform, specifically Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Reports & Dashboards).
- Development & Automation: Hands-on coding experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Aura components.
- Proficiency in SOQL, and Salesforce Flows for complex automation.
- Troubleshooting: Experience in Salesforce application analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g., Change Sets, G).
- Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator OR Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
