Role & responsibilities

Candidate Evaluation Guidelines D365 CRM Technical Role
• Project Experience: Avoid candidates whose experience is predominantly in support projects. Prioritize candidates with robust hands-on experience in implementation and development projects.
• CE Experience: Reject candidates whose experience is heavily focused on Customer Engagement (CE). However, candidates who started their careers in CE and have 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience can be considered.
• Technical Leadership: Look for candidates with strong technical leadership capabilities who can also contribute as an Individual Contributor (IC).
• End-to-End Ownership: Evaluate whether the candidate can independently handle a project, take ownership of technical deliverables, and resolve complex issues.
• CRM Application Expertise: Assess the candidates in-depth understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM application, including its architecture, customization, development, integrations, and implementation
