Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct resume screening, telephonic screening, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline/database for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure excellent candidate engagement and experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
- Meet hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
- Prior recruitment experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
- Flexible to work in the 1 PM - 10 PM shift.
