Job Purpose
The Senior Business Analyst Non-Resident (NR) Business will be responsible for managing end-to-end business and technology transformation and enhancement projects related to NRI customer journeys, onboarding, servicing, compliance, and digital banking solutions. The role requires strong functional knowledge of NR banking products, regulatory requirements, customer servicing processes, and digital journey flows across Mobile Banking, Net Banking, onboarding, ReKYC, taxation, remittances, and account servicing journeys
