Role: Talent Acquisition Executive- FLS Hiring
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Front Line Sales (FLS) roles.
- Manage bulk/mass hiring across assigned geographies.
- Partner with external recruitment partner and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and maintain hiring dashboards.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven experience in FLS hiring and high-volume recruitment.
- Basic understanding in MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Positive communication skills.
- Prior experience in Life Insurance/BFSI preferred.
