- Procure medical equipment, medicines, consumables, and hospital supplies as per departmental requirements.
- Identify and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchases.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify purchased items for quality, quantity, and specifications before acceptance.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, and hospital departments to fulfill procurement needs.
