Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and social media assets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.

- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform design decisions.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for recent designs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in graphic designing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to apply them consistently across all designs.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in creating visually appealing graphics, illustrations, icons, infographics, logos etc.
