Job Description:

Hexaware Technologies is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a Blended Customer Service Process at its Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai location.

This opportunity is suitable for graduate freshers and HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience who are looking to build their careers in customer service and BPS operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice communication channels.

* Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions to customer queries.

* Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

* Understand customer concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation.

* Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and performance expectations.

* Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and updating records.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:



Graduate freshers OR HSC candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Experience: Freshers eligible only if they are graduates; HSC candidates must have at least 6 months of experience.

Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory.

Willingness to work from the office in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai.

Comfortable working 6 days a week with a fixed Sunday off.

Shift Timings:

Any one of the following shifts will be assigned:

* 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

* 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

* 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

1. Telephonic HR Round

2. Operations (Ops) Round

Preferred Candidates

* Graduate Freshers

* HSC candidates with 6+ months of BPO/customer service experience

* Candidates with positive communication skills

* Immediate or early joiners
