Manage end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, R&D;, Technical, and related functions within the Chemical/Specialty Chemicals industry. Responsibilities include understanding hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring timely closures. The role requires solid stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification: MBA from a reputed institute, with relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the Chemical, Specialty Chemicals, or Manufacturing sector.
