Position Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) Finance IT

Transformation PMO

Function: Service Excellence / Finance Transformation

Location: Pune

Role Purpose

Lead and govern strategic finance transformation, automation, digital, and enterprise improvement initiatives across Shared Services and GBS functions. Responsible for program governance, business transformation, technology-enabled improvements, value realization, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Accountabilities

- Lead enterprise transformation programs across Finance, Procurement, HR and Shared Services.
- Develop and govern transformation roadmaps, project portfolios and implementation plans.
- Drive process standardization, automation, AI-led initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Establish PMO governance, executive reporting, milestone tracking and risk management.
- Manage stakeholders, technology teams and external partners. Evaluate ERP, RPA, AI, analytics and digital transformation solutions.
- Review solution design, development effort estimates,



resource plans and timelines.
- Evaluate business cases, SOWs, pricing models, ROI and value realization.

Required Experience

10-15 years of experience in Transformation, PMO, Finance Operations, Shared Services or Digital Programs with proven experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills

Finance Transformation, PMO Governance, Portfolio Management, Commercial Acumen, SDLC, Agile Delivery, Development Effort Estimation, APIs, Integrations, ERP, Cloud Solutions, Automation, AI, Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management.

Educational Qualifications

MBA / CA / CMA / Engineering Graduate or equivalent. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or Digital Transformation certifications preferred.

Preferred Industry

Automotive, Manufacturing, Shared Services, GBS or Finance Transformation environments.
