Position : Direct Taxation Specialist - Renewable Energy Equipment Manufacturing - Corporate office based in Nariman Point

Reporting to : Top Management

Qualification and Exp: CA with 10 years of experience in Direct Tax compliance, advisory and audit support, ensuring accurate computation, timely filing and effective handling of Direct Tax assessments/litigation.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate computation and timely payment/filing of Direct Tax returns and Advance Tax.

Support completion of the Tax Audit Report (Form 3CD) and Direct Tax aspects of the statutory audit.

Track and respond to Direct Tax notices, support assessments and pursue favourable resolutions.

Support timely filing and collection of Income Tax refunds.





Advise business teams on Direct Tax aspects of contracts and attend relevant training/workshops.

IT refund obtained within 90-120 days, where applicable; completion of planned training programmers

Exposure to transfer pricing / related-party taxation
